Slow smoked brisket with our signature rub and process.  1 brisket is around 12-14Ibs and feeds roughly 15-20 people

Slow Smoked with our signature rub, with pecan wood and spritzed with mouth watering mop sauce. 1 shoulder is 8-10Ibs and feeds 10-15 people

Pork Ribs with our signature pork rub and mopped with our signature Sweet Heat BBQ Sauce.  Minimum 4 rack orders.

BBQ and Indian Fusion with a Curried Coconut Lamb

Slow smoked beans with our sweet and savory seasonings.

From scratch.  We begin with roux with our signature seasonings and sautéed with onions and garlic.  We add in our smoked cheeses to make our homemade besciamella sauce and mix with our pasta shells. 

A family recipe of our dear friends, Venetucci.  Simple, whole ingredients, with so much flavor. 

Russet Potatoes salted and baked to perfection served with toppings: cheese, sour cream, chives and butter.  10Ib minimum

6 oz of our gourmet smoked and baked mac and cheese with 4oz of our award winning pulled pork drizzled with our signature Sweet Heat BBQ Sauce.

Add $2/box for Brisket 

Award winning pulled pork or chopped brisket served on a golden toasted bun with a side of our signature Sweet Heat BBQ sauce.  Served with chips and the fixin's of sliced onion, lettuce and pickles.
