Our Story
Our love of cooking started early in our marriage, 20 years ago. We found the kitchen was both a challenge of creativity and skill, with a sense of nurturing. We host all of our large family and friends’ gatherings and events. In the past few years, we have catered large events and have scaled up to 200-300 guests. We also love travel and culture, we hope to bring our world trips to your taste buds through our unique seasonings and processes.
Our Values
Our love of other cultures centers around food, acceptance, and a responsibility to our community and our planet. We practice our core value of "making our table bigger;" by providing when we have an abundance, by teaching when we have the knowledge, learning from others when faced with challenges, volunteering when we have time, and by leading when there is an opportunity. The center of our larger table is our motto that Food Made with Care is LOVE.
Our Food
We offer a range of smoked meats and amazing sides, from sit-down banquets/events, casual buffets, vending at local events and everything in between. Our menu can be customized to fit your specific needs and preferences, and we are happy to accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences. In addition, in an effort to make our table larger we practice no waste by making tallow & grinding our trims, practicing food safe methods for saving unsold foods. as well as use compostable and sustainable products when cooking and serving.
Our Community
We believe in staying connected to our community and giving back whenever possible. As parents, we’re actively involved in our kids’ schools and activities, and we extend that same commitment to the neighborhoods we serve.
